Updated opening times, Trafford's Local Advice Line

Trafford Council has confirmed its Local Advice Line will continue to offer help to the Borough's more vulnerable residents.   The line is part of the Council's continuing efforts to maintain all essential services, keep traffic moving along the Borough's main routes and support elderly and vulnerable residents.

Services provided include basic home food deliveries and practical support particularly for older people and those that are vulnerable and isolated in the community.  The services are being provided on a voluntary basis through a number of willing citizens, local faith organisations and V-Involved, a voluntary scheme with over 600 volunteers aged 16-18 living in Trafford.

The Local Advice Line will be open 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from 9.30am to 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

Anyone who thinks they, or someone they know would benefit from this service, or would like to volunteer to help local people, please contact Trafford Carers Centre's Advice Line on 0161 861 0101.
